The capital of Serbia.. Belgrade.. Called Beograd in Serbian.. That means the White Town.. I honestly write that Belgrade is the best town I have ever visited.. The best culture.. The best food.. The best women.. The best shopping.. The best feeling.. The best everything.. I do not write that because I am Serbian.. I write that because it is the truth.. With my angels Leon and Mio we got the best last week ever.. Better than I could dream of.. I mixed pleasure with business and with fitness camp.. Just Do It..
DaddyFitness with my angels Mio and Leon and my friend Boban from Sweden.. Boban is also Serbian and a fantastic human and friend.. We have known each other for many many years as friends and as working companions.. When I was young and green I worked as a pointer and bouncer at nightclubs in Sweden with Boban.. We also work out at the best gym in Sweden called Delta Gym.. My kids like Boban very much.. Boba was here to visit his sick grandmother.. My blessing to her.. We stayed at the same hotel and hang around a lot in Belgrad.. The same moment we came to Belgrad we went to Obilic Stadium to watch a soccer game between Red Star Belgrad and Vushovac in the Serbian league.. That was where we ended the last blog text Balkan Story Part 2.. Now the new story begins.. Balkan Story Part 3.. Just Do It..
My lovely angel Leon.. LETS GO TO ZOO DADDY.. The next day after the soccer match the kids wanted to go to zoo in Belgrade.. That is a special moment because Belgrade zoo is the oldest zoo in Europe.. The have kept the feeling of classic zoo environment.. It is so retro to visit Belgrade zoo.. Like in the animated movie Madagscar.. Absolutely great feeling.. FUCK Skansen in Sweden.. It is like comparing a mouse with a tiger.. So my lovely kids entered a fantastic adventure with beasts and monsters.. Just Do It..
My little angel Mio.. So happy kid and with great energy.. Mio was with me at Belgrade zoo last year but every time you enter Belgrade zoo is like the first time.. Every adventure is a new adventure.. Mio holding Spiderman icecream.. That is my angels favorite icecream..

My angels Leon and Mio with some female lions.. There was maybe six or seven lions sleeping together.. Strange feeling.. It felt like being with some normal ordinary cats.. They just layed their enjoying life on their own whey.. Mio and Leon loved to hang around with the lions.. Leons cousins..

His energy is special and you can never fool him och trick him och betray him.. He sees through everything because of his love and his strong personality.. He never forgets and he is learning from everything.. Leon is the Just Do It kid..
DaddyFitness.. Papa Gabriel.. At home I am Papa Gabriel.. At work and at the gym I am DaddyFitness but also Papa Gabriel.. I will never ever step out of my most important case and work and pleasure in my life.. That is being papa to this to angels.. We left the zoo with happy moments and I still think of Hippos.. Outside the zoo my own little animals Leon and Mio got crazy.. They have a big big park with a great play yard for kids.. Good thing for me.. I was so tired walkin around the zoo.. I just sat at the park bench and closed my eyes for a while and enjoying every second of my life.. I live my family life..
The park is amazing and have amazing stuffs and adventures for kids.. This big jumping castle is huge.. Mio and Leon loved this piece of shit.. Every day for one week I had to go to this castle to let the kids play..
Look at the right corner where you see Mio and Leon on the Paris Wheel.. Romantic together and alone.. The brothers have fun together and the belong to each other.. The are stuck to each other by love..
This is how I eat in Serbia.. I have never eat so much food in my life but good food.. Look at my meat balls.. Giant meatballs that could kill people if I through them and hit them.. Huge meatballs with garlic and mushrooms and rice with onions.. The food is so much better in Serbia than in Sweden.. World class difference.. It is cheap but quality.. You can get meat and fitness food everywhere and anytime.. Sweden is shit.. Only Hassans Kebab shit and shit and bad expensive restaurants serving model food instead of real food.. So my tips for people wanting to get in shape.. Go to Serbia to train and eat.. Just Do It..
DaddyFitness at Extreme Gym.. I did workout twice a day at Extreme Gym and I also did a photoshoot for Extreme Gym.. Extreme Gym is one of Europes biggest and most famous Fitness Centers.. Extreme Concept also has Extreme Kids.. A great facility with kindergarten for your kids while training.. Mini Sats in Sweden has a lot to learn.. I had a great time at Extreme Gym both with training and the photoshoot..

I have had met great people and I have collected so much inspiration and motivation.. I workout in the village with my CrossFit and I did get great workout at Ring Gym in Obrenovac and best workout in Extreme Gym in Belgrad.. Now I am back in Sweden with energy and focus and more dedication to my workout and my training then I ever had.. Just Do It..
First day we came to Belgrade we went to see Red Star.. But I also wanted to see Partizan.. The other team from Belgrade.. Red Star and Partizan is like AIK and Djurgården but the Swedish derby is nothing compared to the Serbian Derby.. I was lucky that Partizan played a cup match in the middle of the week.. So me and my kids went to Partizan Stadium and paid 5 swedish crows together for the match.. My kids loves this.. There is a fantastic atmosphere.. If you are in Serbia you need to go and see Red Star and Partizan live..
Behind us you see the Partizan hooligans called Alcatraz.. Partizan has two groups of hooligans on each side of the Partizan Stadium.. Both are Partizan hooligan groups but they are enemies and fight against each other.. Vewry strange.. Only in Serbia.. Special moments to see both Red Star and Partizan live..
Except breakfast buffe at the hotel we had lunch and dinner on restaurants every day.. Great food and special feeling and atmosphere.. Great prices.. My sons must have been the happiest kids in Belgrade.. Not because of the pancakes but because we have so much love to share to each other.. Just Do It..

The last night in Belgrade I did get a tattoo on my back.. My friend and artist Vlada helped me making a very special tattoo dedicated to my dead father and my family.. Time to get som art on my body..
Sveti Nikola.. My fathers saint.. I have explained the meaning of the saint and our tradition in previous blogs.. My fathers saint is Sveti Nikola.. That automaticaly makes Sveti Nikola to my saint and my sons Leons and Mios saint.. I am happy with the tattoo and I wear it with pride.. Just want to send a message to my father who died in my arms five years ago.. I love you so much and I am happy what you made of me and what I made of my kids and your grandkids.. We talk about you every day and we will never forget you.. The one you were.. The one I am.. The one will Leon and Mio be.. Together we create our next generation.. Just Do It..
Norwegian Air.. Back to Sweden.. Happy and satisfied kids in the airplane.. We talked to each other and reflected our time in Serbia and Belgrad.. We can summon it with one word.. Family.. We are more connected then ever and it is so imortand to me that my kids know their history and their present and their future..
Back to Sweden and Stockholm and our home.. Mio with his skateboard and all his neckless and bracelets with Serbian motives and themes.. Much new inputs is in this little body after this trip.. Just Do It..
DaddyFitness and Leon.. Back to Kajen in Stockholm.. Our lovely home.. From a summer warm Serbia to a autumn cold Sweden.. But for the first time I like the autumn.. It is nice and very coozy.. I honestly have christmas feelings already.. When it is cold outside you have to be warm inside.. The best way to be warm is to give and get som love.. Me and my Leon went out in the rain and played some ping pong at his school.. So what if it rains.. As long you are with happines and wealth there are no worries no matter what.. Just Do It..
